Empire Martial Arts is Barrie’s premier and most distinguished martial arts gym and athletic training center. We specialize in improving all levels of fitness and martial arts training for men, women and children with professional and exciting classes that can be enjoyed by the whole family. We teach a diversified array of martial arts and fitness programs for beginner to advanced levels from instructors who have over 40 years of teaching experience in multiple disciplines, such as Muay Thai, boxing, wrestling, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, wrestling and mixed martial arts. Our focus is to provide the students with a close-knitted martial arts family that lasts beyond gym hours – as we train, compete and hang out together.
